Production process

After the process of refining and deodorization, refined olive oil is added approximately 10% extra virgin olive oil or virgin olive oil to obtain what is called in the market as olive oil or as it is known outside of Spain ``pure olive oil``.

As in all our products, we have the possibility of adapting our oil to the taste of the consumer, varying the amount of extra virgin olive oil or virgin, getting from the softest flavor or one more intense.
